As the Sales and Licensing Administrator, Kayla ensures Krause staff and agents are licensed, contracted, and in compliance with continuing education requirements for annuities, long-term care insurance, and Medicare products in all states. She assists agents and teammates with any licensing and contracting questions and maintains files to confirm licensing and contracting information is up to date and accessible.
Kayla studied Computer Information Technology at East Tennessee State University and has prior experience as an administrative professional in life and health insurance, specifically Medicare. Her prior roles have provided her with a strong understanding of insurance processes and how to help agents maintain up-to-date Medicare and carrier certifications. Kayla is licensed in life and health insurance.
Kayla is adaptable, professional, and honest. She has integrity, great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Kayla always aims to be respectful and accountable in everything she does. She is passionate about helping seniors and ensuring agents have the training and certification they need to help their clients choose the products that best suit them.
Kayla is originally from Bristol, Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, who is a competitive dancer, and her pets. She also loves to read, paint, draw, garden, thrift, and chase new adventures with her daughter.
