As the Senior Relationship Manager, La Rae is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new prospects and existing clients to ensure we’re offering the products, services, and resources they need. She is in charge of exploring Medicare business and related areas to identify and strategize new industry opportunities. In addition to working closely with the Sales staff, La Rae also assists with Marketing efforts and campaigns for agents.
La Rae earned her bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Sioux Falls and her Master of Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary. She has several years of experience working in the insurance industry both as an agent and helping agents new to the business explore appropriate solutions for their clients. La Rae has her health and life insurance licenses. She is also LTC-certified and AHIP-certified.
La Rae is organized, detail-oriented, and a skilled problem solver. She is passionate about coaching and teaching others, especially when she can provide both coworkers and agents with the skills and tools they need to accomplish their jobs successfully. La Rae values excellence and loyalty in everything she does.
Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, La Rae currently resides in Burnsville, MN. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Bill and adult daughter Bea. She also likes walking, hiking, gardening, exploring her ancestry, listening to music, and traveling.
