The Krause Agency provides everything you need to help accelerate eligibility for Medicaid or VA benefits through the use of Medicaid Compliant Annuities. From quotes to comprehensive eligibility plans, we are here to guide you through the annuity process from start to finish. If think you may have a client that could benefit from crisis planning with an annuity, see below to find out how to work with us.
How Do I Work with The Krause Agency?
The first step to beginning any case with The Krause Agency is to contact us. We make this step available to you in a variety of ways. If you’re not sure where to start, or whether your client’s situation is appropriate for an annuity, please feel free to give us a call. You can speak with a Benefits Planner regarding your client’s case facts, and we can provide a recommendation accordingly.
If you’re confident your client will require an annuity, you can use our online quote request tool to provide your client’s relevant case facts. If it is your first time working with our office, we can also provide you the necessary contracting paperwork to become appointed selling Medicaid Compliant Annuities.
How Do I Obtain a Proposal
Once you’ve contacted our office and provided all the necessary information, a Benefits Planner will contact you within one business day with your client’s proposal and annuity quote. The proposal will contain a comprehensive plan to accelerate Medicaid eligibility and include the economic results of implementing the plan.
If your client’s case facts change, we’ll revise the proposal as needed. Additionally, if you have any questions or concern on the annuity recommendation, we’re more than happy to discuss the plan in detail. All case guidance is complimentary with no obligation to proceed. We’re simply here to help.
How Do I Purchase a Medicaid Compliant Annuity?
Should you and your client wish to proceed with the annuity proposal, a Benefits Planner will provide you with the necessary annuity application documents. Upon completion of the documents, send the executed application (containing original signatures, in most cases), and the funds for the annuity to our office. From there, the annuity contract is typically issued by the insurance company within 5-7 business days.
Should your client’s annuity purchase require a transfer from another custodian company, it may take longer, however, our Benefits Planners are here to assist you every step of the way. Once the annuity contract is issued, a copy is forwarded to you immediately, and the originals follow to your office in the mail.
If you think you have a client that could benefit from using an annuity in their crisis plan, or if you want to know more about working with our company, contact a Benefits Planner today!
