As Salesforce Administrator, Nika wears many different hats. She works closely with staff members as well as in the backend of Salesforce—bridging the gap between functional business processes and technical requirements. Nika is responsible for optimizing Salesforce to ensure the most efficient workflow, managing new features and tools, troubleshooting system errors, implementing automated solutions to replace manual processes, and providing user training.
Nika received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and she earned her Master of Science in Bilingual and Bicultural Education from Chicago State University. In addition to having 12 years of bilingual education experience, Nika has previously held the role of Junior Salesforce Administrator. Her past experience has allowed her to develop her interpersonal skills and tap into other skills like organization, cross-collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail. Nika is a Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. She also holds a wide array of other Salesforce credentials.
Nika brings a charming personality to the team. She enjoys solving problems, lightening the load for others, and finding solutions to make their jobs easier. Nika is driven by professionalism, empathy, a growth mindset, positivity, and collaboration.
Nika is based in Chicago and has Jamaican dual citizenship. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and sorority sisters, as well as volunteering, interior design, doing hair and makeup, traveling, reading, and cooking.
