The Centers for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS) have announced an update for the 2019 SSI and Spousal Impoverishment Standards. Starting January 1, 2019, the Minimum MMNA will be $2,057.50 in all states except Alaska and Hawaii. The Maximum MMNA was raised from $3,090.00 to $3,160.50. The Shelter Standard will be $617.25 in all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
The Minimum Community Spouse Resource Standard will be $25,284.00 and the Maximum Community Spouse Resource Standard will be $126,420.00.
