Tom has been a part of our team since 2019. He primarily speaks with our clients and educates them about Long-Term Care Insurance while also working directly with seniors, helping them decide if LTCI is right for them.

His main priority is providing the information and education necessary for agents and their clients to determine the most efficient way to pay for care and protect their assets in the process.

Tom has past experience working as a financial advisor and retirement plan specialist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater.

Marc Glickman, FSA, CLTC, LTCP is co-founder of, a community of long term care planning experts. His mission is to help families across the country get a LTC plan and support the 44 million caregivers in the United States.

Marc has 15 years of experience as an Actuary with a specialty in LTC insurance and investments. He is also a licensed insurance agent in 50 states. Marc is on the Board of Advisors for CLTC, a training organization for long term care insurance professionals.

He has unique insight into the inner workings of insurance having consulted for several insurance companies to help design their LTCI products. Marc earned his degree in Economics from Yale University.
