As Relationship Manager, Madolyn works closely with our financial advisors and insurance agents, educating them about the long-term care planning products, services, resources, and solutions we have to offer. In addition to exploring new and unique educational opportunities, she also onboards new agents, stays up to date on any changes in the insurance marketplace, and evaluates our offerings to ensure we are providing the right products and services for our agents and their senior clients.
Madolyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Utah. She has 25 years of experience working in the life insurance brokerage marketplace in a variety of roles, including customer service, new business, underwriting, and wholesaling. In these roles, Madolyn has worked with the industry’s leading insurance carriers and underwriters and has acted as a liaison between the nation’s top insurance agents and financial advisors. She has built and maintained these professional relationships by teaching agents and advisors the value of incorporating annuities, Long-Term Care Insurance, and other insurance products into their business. She believes these products are the key to helping seniors protect their loved ones, create a legacy, and achieve peace of mind as they age. Madolyn is licensed in life insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance.
When it comes to her day-to-day tasks, Madolyn brings excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and creative problem-solving strategies, and she is always focused on getting the best results for the client. She enjoys building relationships with our agents and being able to offer products and solutions that will ultimately provide protection and peace of mind for seniors and their loved ones.
Madolyn resides in Salt Lake City, UT. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters as well as skiing, camping, boating, hiking, sightseeing, and exploring the nearby National Parks and Rocky Mountains.
